Bertucci's was founded in 1981, operates 92 casual dining restaurants (January 2005) in eleven states as well as the District of Columbia. It is a casual dining restaurant group that offers flavorful Italian food including premium authentic brick oven pizza, served in a friendly Tuscan-style atmosphere.

Our vision is to transform Bertucci's into America's 1st choice in casual dining. Bertucci's began as a pizzeria in Davis Square, Somerville, MA, just outside of Boston. In its inception it was not unlike Italian pizzerias and trattorias where neighbors gather for meals with family and friends. As units began to pop up all over Boston, Bertucci's built a reputation for premium brick oven pizza and the mouth-watering brick oven-baked rolls made from homemade pizza dough. As the concept's popularity grew, Bertucci's reputation was secured as the "unchained chain" providing authentic Italian specialties with consistently high marks in quality and flavor of food.

The menu has expanded over the years to include a variety of seafood and classic Italian entrees such as Veal Scaloppine all Romana, Pollo Rustico and Italian comfort foods - such as Lasagna and Fried Mozzarella. All dough, sauces and salads are homemade. Pizzas, vegetables and sauces are fire-roasted in brick ovens. We have authentic Neopoltian Pizza.
